Their 12-person SE team, distributed across three time zones, handled RFPs in English, German, and French. Meridian consolidated all three regional knowledge bases into Quova, creating a unified repository of 3,400+ Q&A pairs. Each entry was tagged with region and language metadata. The AI matching engine could pull the best answer regardless of which region originally created it, and the team established a review workflow where regional experts verified answers in their domain before final submission. For multilingual RFPs, Quova's consistent source answers eliminated the translation drift that had previously caused discrepancies between English and German versions of the same proposal.
